Our stylists time is valuable. If you are unable to make it to your appointment we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice. This allows our stylists to contact and schedule clients on wait lists allowing the open appointment to be filled, thus better serving everyone. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service.
Our stylists depend on you to respect their availability, please make every effort to make it to your appointment on time. If you are running behind please let your stylist know as soon as possible. If your are running more than 20 minutes behind a "no show" fee may apply.
Confirmation Text and E-mail
We know it's tough remembering all those appointments. As courtesy our booking system Rosy Salon Software will send an automated confirmation text or e-mail 24 hours prior to your appointment date. However, to avoid late arrivals, no shows and a potential cancellation fee, we ask you to please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times.
Although we enjoy your company we ask that you please show up a maximum of 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows for low traffic within the salon creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere.
If at the unfortunate chance you are un-satisfied with your service we ask that you contact your stylist Directly within 48 hours. A complimentary fix or alternative solution will be applied at the stylists discretion.
All hair care products must be unopened for exchange or refund and must be returned within 10 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot exchange opened product due to sanitary Purposes.
